✔ What’s Covered

Our warranty covers defects in:

  • Manufacturing
  • Internal components
  • Abnormal flickering or early failure
  • Base contact issues
  • Premature brightness loss

If your bulb stops working under normal use within 5 years, we will replace it free of charge.

✔ Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage from improper installation
  • Use with incompatible dimmers or fixtures
  • Physical damage, cracks, or broken glass
  • Exposure to water (for non-enclosed fixtures)
  • Electrical issues in the home (surges, faulty wiring)
  • Commercial use beyond recommended hours
  • Modification of the product

  • All EcoBright, TimelessGlow, and RightLight bulbs→ 5-Year Limited Warranty Based on 3 hours per day usage.

✔ How to File a Warranty Claim
