If you’re used to cooler white light, just keep in mind this is more of that classic very dim and “soft, yellowish” tone, great for sleep. I’ve got yellow light at home for that reason, so if my pics look a bit warm, that’s why, but the bulbs look exactly like the product photos.They’re energy-efficient too, 5.5W does the job of a 60W bulb, and they’re dimmable, which is a huge plus for setting the mood. Quality Bulbs

I am not a light bulb expert, but I know that LED lights tend to have a brighter harsher white light than the old fashioned, phased out incandescent type. Luckily, the newer LED bulbs have various color and warmth features to choose from. These bulbs fit perfectly in my 3-bulb bathroom light fixture. They are brighter than my old bulb mostly because my old ones are 40 watts equivalent whereas these are 60-watt equivalent (see before/after pictures). The light is not harsh. The bulbs feel strong and of good quality. They have the wider E26 base that fits perfect in my greater than 20-year-old fixture. The bulbs have a dimmable feature which I am unable to test because my light switch is not the dimmable type. These are great bulbs that I am very happy with. They are worth the cost considering the expected lifespan and reduced energy use.

Clearly an aesthetic improvement over regular light bulbs--beautiful, long-lasting and dimmable!

These are beautiful bulbs, perfect for my four-bulb light fixture on my living room ceiling fan. They fit like regular bulbs although the bulbs are a little larger in circumference than those of typical light bulbs. The filaments are so bright and pretty, almost like fire on a string, and they are larger and more decorative than plain clear glass light bulbs. As pretty and decorative as they are, they are still more energy efficient than normal light bulbs. They are also long lasting (13 years according to the box) and dimmable. They do cost a little more, but for the added beauty in a special light fixture, I think they are worth the extra cost. My photos show the old white bulb first, to compare to the new clear bulbs. The new ones really do class up the light fixture!

I like that they're glass instead of plastic, we don't need more plastic in our lives where unnecessary.The light intensity and tone are exactly as described and as compared to a similar set with the same specs.Overall, good quality, good aesthetic, light intensity and tone as described, fitment is perfect for an e26.
